Jason Hines is a freelance web developer, certified programming engineer, open-source advocate, and wannabe entrepreneur.

His work has been published in Linux magazine, TechRepublic, ZDNet, UNIX Review, and has developed products that have been used by companies of all sizes from startups to international corporations to government agencies.

DevTwo, LLC is a loose-knit group of freelance professionals who offer their expertise in technology, internet marketing and creative services. Founded in 2003, Jason Hines is the lead developer and manager for DevTwo commercial projects.
